Rental Terms & Conditions
At Risitas Party Rentals, we do our best to ensure your event goes smoothly. Please read through our rental terms and policies before placing an order. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Booking & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your rental reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before the event.
Orders are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Customer Responsibilities for Delivery-Only Orders
If your invoice only includes a delivery fee and does not include a setup and/or breakdown fee, your rental items will be delivered curbside or to the agreed drop-off location only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Set up all tables, chairs, and rental items.
Have all items cleaned and stacked/organized in one location for pickup at the scheduled time.
Failure to have items ready may result in additional fees or delays in pickup.
If you would like us to set up or break down your rentals, please let us know in advance so we can include this service on your invoice.
Cancellations & Credits
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If you cancel 3 or more days before your event, you will receive a credit on your account for future use.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for credit or rescheduling.
Credits are valid for up to 12 months from the original event date and can be used for any future rental with us.
Changes to Orders
1 change to your order is allowed at no extra cost.
Any additional changes may have a fee, depending on the order.
All changes must be made by text, email, or phone call.
No changes are guaranteed within 72 hours of your event.
Weather Policy
We do not issue refunds due to weather.
It is the customer’s responsibility to plan for weather conditions (we recommend tents or covered areas as needed).
Rentals must still be paid in full regardless of forecast.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any damaged, broken, or missing items will be billed to the customer at replacement cost.
Please avoid placing furniture or linens on wet, muddy, or unprotected surfaces.

At Risitas Party Rentals, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. However, all rentals are considered final regardless of weather conditions. Please review our weather policy below:
• We do not offer refunds due to weather-related cancellations.
• Customers are responsible for planning ahead by reserving tents, canopies, or other coverings.
• If severe weather is expected and you choose to reschedule, we may offer store credit with at least 72 hours’ notice, based on availability.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to be weather-prepared for your special event!
• A $75 refundable damage deposit may be required for any rental over $150.00. If no damage is found, the deposit will be returned the following day.
